This doesn't happen with Samsung often but, this time just a day before the Galaxy Unpacked event at MWC 2018, the official trailer for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy S9+ has leaked out in the wild and is going viral. With the leaked trailer out on the internet, all the specifications of the Samsung's flagship devices for this year are now confirmed.
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ come with the expected hardware specifications along with some pretty exciting features that we didn't expect Samsung to reveal in this event. So, IF YOU ARE READY for the spoilers then feel free to scroll down and learn what the Galaxy S9 and S9+ have in store and for those who want to wait, you can subscribe to our newsletter for our in-depth review of these flagships by Samsung.
The first and the least surprising feature of the Galaxy S9 and S9+ is that both the devices will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC which is Qualcomm's latest and most powerful chipset. The S9 will be coupled with 4GB of ram while the bigger S9+ will have 6GB of ram.
The design of the smartphone is similar to that of the Galaxy S8 and there is nothing to hate about it. It is by far one of the most good looking smartphone design we have ever seen without any annoying notch like in case of the iPhone X. Samsung has done just what it has already been doing and has only improved the look slightly over the Galaxy S8.
The fingerprint sensor is also moved to its correct place just below the camera assembly which was a major complaint in 2017 for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 devices. Samsung has done some significant amount of work in the camera department and for the first time, there we will be witnessing a smartphone camera with variable aperture. This will make for some serious low light photography and we will be testing that in our full in-depth review of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+.
According to the leaked trailer, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ also support real-time translation natively from the camera app with some sick AR capabilities with use of some third-party plugins. Samsung will also be releasing a dock which they call the Galaxy DEX. This dock when connected with the Galaxy S9 or S9+ device will help users give some desktop like experience and help them give more vivid and fluid presentations.

Samsung will also release an Enterprise edition of their flagship device specifically for businesses with 24/7 support and ability to install over the air updates remotely. Samsung has also claimed to have kept your biometrics data secure using their multi layered protection termed as Samsung Knox.
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ as expected come up with IP68 certifications for water and dust resistance and also come with some slick software utilities like app-pairing.
In conclusion, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ were not as bad an upgrade over the Galaxy S8 and S8+ as they were expected to be. Rest, we will be testing the devices for a practical experience and will soon publish an in-depth review. Till then, let us know what you think about the Galaxy S9 and S9+ in comment section.
